Articulate Physiotherapy

Mauricio is a top shelf physiotherapist and pilates instructor with an upbeat and supportive attitude. His physio skills are first class and I've had great rehab results when paired with his small pilates classes. He's a wonderful communicator and listener who very obviously cares for his clients. He truly collaborates with them to achieve the best outcome. I've been impressed by how well he stays on top of the latest research and just how adaptable he is at coming at treatment from different angles when needed. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I have been doing the reformer pilates at Articualte for few months now and really enjoy every class. There is so much variety in each class. The exercise seems gentle but yet challenging and effective. I love the stretches in between each routine and always walk away feeling energised. All of the pilate instructers are fantastic. Highly recommeded.

Everyone at Articulate is friendly and helpful. I really enjoy the Pilates classes because of the small class sizes.
