5EF - Holland Park West

AMAZING GYM! Communication is great! The new owners are amazing! Hazel is super nice and really motivating! I love working out here. I feel super comfortable being here. The owners show you how to do each workout and are really helpful if you have any injuries or concerns with any areas. I could not recommend this gym enough!!! They have an awesome program and different membership options!

Absolutely loving 5EF. I signed up during the 28 day challenge and have found the gym to be really inclusive. The staff are very professional, welcoming and motivating. They always give options when I am unable to do an exercise and always provide assistance to ensure I get a great workout. Hazel is the best!

This feedback has also been supplied to 5EF through official means.nnJoined the 28 day challenge with t heir $99.00 package.nHeart rate monitors not supplied for 3 weeks.nPre work out and post work out drinks were never supplied.nPersonalised coach just seemed to be an automated system with someone we never met (on the app).nMeal plan was not Australian based, including supermarkets products not available in Australian and measurements all imperial.nnOne coach was unprofessional, sitting and swinging on equipment while supposedly running training sessions.nGym posts on Insta were just unprofessional and not inclusive of all attendees.nThe toilets were just unacceptably dirty from day 1 and 1 toilet was blocked for multiple days.nThe model of 5EF only targets millennials and not any mature aged audience, and you only have to look at the advertising and social medial content to see this.nWorst of all in the two weeks since the trial ended we have had no communication from anyone! This is supposedly a start up franchise branch that clearly does not want members.
