Poor food safety practices. Watched a cook pour fresh curry directly into the old bain (in the middle of the buffet) which had at least a serve still in it. No rotation or fifo. The pakora was at least a few hours old if not a few days - shouldn't even have been giving it away for free, let alone charging people. Lamb tasted like an old billy goat or mutton, definitely not good quality. Got a few different things & the best was just okay.nYou might not get food poisoning but beware, it is a real possibility. Buffet quality food for a la carte prices.nnPretty much your average miss india.
