Probably the best experience I've had at this KFC today. The manager on shift, Adrianna (I hope I spelt that right), was bubbly, really polite and was the light of my order. I hope she receives recognition for treating customer really well despite being under pressure. Thank you!

Just bought kfc from here after not having it for 6+months.nnChips where cold and half packed. (Large chips with the amount of chips from a small.)nnBbq bacon burger... bun was soggy.. is soggy didnt eat it. Bacon burnt and lettuce tasted off and chicken is dry.nnOnly good thing was the drink i got.. wont buy from this shop again last two times where the same. Poor attitude from the clerk aswell. No smile no hello.

Had to wait nearly 20 minutes for a burger and popcorn chicken. I was told 6 minutes. Time frame was too long for something that should be quicker. Not good enough. Edited add when I got home I didn't get the correct burger. Missing the bacon and cheese.
