Always sold out of flavoured milks and lactose free UHT milks! Haven't had freezer bags for ages.

Overall my shopping yesterday was good, I found everything I was looking for and more. It was when I got to the checkout I found the operator a little rude and she could've been a little more polite in letting me know I done something that I shouldn't have. I scanned my flybys card on her scanner and I was told in no uncertain tone that I did wrong. If I do go back to that shop I will avoid going to her checkout thats for sure.

Havnt being there for a while and will never shop there again. I am a shopper that spends$ 400.00 per week. The Manager who addressed my issues this morning is unprofessional and very rude without taking any ownership and to make matters worse put the issues I had back onto me. I feel this managers arrogance towards a valued customer reflects in the store as the meat isn't good quality and some staff are just as rude as him. Until head office can address these issues , I am spending my $400.00 per week at Woolworths or at the Coles at Caboolture. To make matters worse he implied I am the only customer who complains about the mince and how I pay for my grocerys. This is not how to handle an issue. Head office are aware of the above issues and the manager needs some serious re training on how to do with customer complaints or be removed from the role.

Just popped in for a few.things after school run, the staff were friendly and the.store was clean and well presented. I seem to be popping into here a little more then normal lately.nGood job team.
