Great clinic, fantastic staff. Dr John helped me with my tooth problem. He was professional, patient and friendly. He took the time to answer all my questions and gave me a lot of advice on how I could better take care of my teeth. It feels so much better. Very happy with the service and will definitely go again.

I lived a number of years with various solutions before my implants. None of them solved my needs like my permanent implants have. Alison was informative in my pre treatment consultation. She explained in easy language the procedure she would perform. The results have been exceptional. My smile has been restored along with my confidence to tackle any desired foods. Alison and her staff put me at ease and performed very professionally.

Was very nervous about going to the dentist after not having had a check up for over 3 years - with my ongoing tooth pain out doing my nervousness, i booked an appointment for two days time. Dentist Dr Joanne and the team were absoloutely brilliant. Dr Joanne was extremely gentle and I had no ongoing pain or tenderness after an hour worth of work to three teeth - no pain at all!. Can't recommend Alice Dental Associates and Dr Joanne enough. Best customer / patient service that I have experienced in my 10 years of being in the Alice. 😄

We paid the requested bill on the day of service only to receive calls from a debt collector on behalf of Alice Dental Associates saying we still owe $395 from service received 6 months ago despite my credit card statement showing we paid the exact amount requested of us on the day of service as indicated on the invoice. No phone calls or contact from Alice Dental Associates to ask us for payment if we had paid the wrong amount. Straight to a Debt Collector instead. Won't use Alice Dental Associates again.
