Excellent service The staff are thorough and attentive to your physiotherapy needs.I've never had any problems with any of the therapists nor the reception staff.

Had the most terrible experience here. The admin staff were alternately very disorganised, rude and defensive. When I tried to obtain my clinical notes to take to another physio the practice manager, Michelle, literally ended up yelling at me down the phone. That was after a number of emails refusing to release the notes. I had to ask her to calm down and explain that she was being very rude to me. I've never experienced that kind of aggression and derision in a customer service environment. It was pretty telling that, when I asked for the details of her boss or the business owner, she refused to provide them. After 2 visits it got to the point where I felt it would be easier to take my business interstate.
