I got a quote about $764 for fixing very damaged kitchen tap (had to replace tiles) and there was a bit extra work for the bench, but I could pay just as quoted. The quote was free. Only things are, I had tiles with me to offer, but not discounted for that, and if they suggested me to swap it to single mixer tap, I would be happier, but it was my fault not asking for that .

Received a quote for $250 and then got the bill for almost $700! Absolutely no communication whatsoever and then bought it up with them and didn't care. Would never use them again.
