I had a problem with the drainage pipes on my caravan being smashed by rocks crossing the "Plenty" into NT. Went to a few places for parts and was directed to Reece Plumbing. The first sales staff redirected me to "Mark". Well Reece Plumbing, hang onto this staff member as he is a Gold level representative of your business. After explaining my difficulties, he went outside, crossed the street, laid under my van in the dirt and dust, took some measurements, then directed me to drive into the yard where he proceeded to start work by removing some of the damaged pipework and took it inside the store to check sizing. He provided me with all the parts required and then relocated vehicles in the yard to allow me easy exit. Thank you very much for your excellent service.

Manager Mark couldn't have been more helpful with our broken sink tap on our caravan. Took the time on closing to fit tap. Would highly recommend Reece Alive Springs

We would like to thank Mark from your Alice Springs store for his advice and help when we had a leaking kitchen tap in our caravan. Mark suggested we replace the cartridge which we did but, after a couple of days the problem returned. We took the van down to the store and Mark replaced the tap with a new one for us. We did not have the appropriate tools and access to the underneath part of the tap was extremely difficult, so thanks Mark for helping us out, it was much appreciated. Regards, Ros and Allan
