Shocking call site. Did not give me the options I needed and never once did I get to speak to a person. Very disappointed and now have to try to find my answer elsewhere. Same as another review if I could give 0 stars I would.

If I could give this service 0 stars I would. The automated system is completely incompetent. My first attempt to contact the emergency line for urgent help I was hung up on. On my second attempt, I was transferred to another department and cut off after several minutes on standby. This is inexcusable when people require genuine, "urgent assistance!" Please update your system to accomodate those in serious need who cannot visit the consulate in person! There is also not enough information on the website to provide help with individual circumstances.

Wanted to enquire about family records... no help whatsoever!

Absolutely useless. We came to clarify a few questions that the website didn’t answer and they refused to help.
