Firstly they allocated a date that i am not free, once i request for a change i got it immediately..i went and was greeted by lady name Marie. She is fabulous soul, made all the passport renewal so easy and she respect LGBTQI person so well yet she super friendly..im glad to meet a soul like her..Thank you once again.My experience waz fabulous.Malaysia Boleh!!!

Never managed to reach anyone by phone. I went there in person and the procedure was quick and efficient. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Went around 11:30. There’s no visible sign on the building outside, it’s on the first floor.
