Really satisfied. I got the advantage of urgent expediting for my family case, whereas our passport were expired and we got to return to Indonesia later this year and tha KJRI melbourne's staff gave us the opportunity to get priority booking for extends our passport and they made the process so simple and quick. Hope all the KJRI's staff will maintain this performance.

Nice and friendly service especially in this covid period. Would like to thanks them that they make everything easier, cause you can email them anytime and they gonna response the email forsure, but would love them to upgrade the service by phone call as well so when we’re in a hurry sometimes, we can reach them easily.

Easy and quick process, the person attending the counter is quite helpful and friendly. Suggestion for Simkim passport booking service need to have more availability and allowing people to cancel, waiting time was around 3 months.
