Couldn't agree or disagree for all these previous comments as I have my own share of experience of who we are. People are good, actually amazing. Geographically, Melbourne office is setup quite right now in Collins Street than before from the last office location in Queens Road. Problem is it's nearly a year the office has been moved but for some reason Google still directing the people to the old address. What’s the point of having an office in Canberra whereas Melbourne have more people who needs them. We know we can make a difference and with our own little way we can help our (Consulate) office to improve. Together we'll move forward

Not pleased with the lady who answered my inquiries thru the phone this morning. Please improve your customer service and do not be arrogant.

I don't understand why the Melbourne consulate does not support passport renewals, given the current situation with this pandemic - you would think they have something that can support their customers / citizens from abroad. Disappointing..

The consulate here in Melbourne should start considering application of new passports and renewal as well since there are travel restrictions and you can't easily go to Canbera or Sydney to process them. Its frustrating 😔
