Consulate General of the Czech Republic

My wife is a Czech citizen and we were recently married. As we wish to register the marriage in The Czech Republic we contacted the Czech Embassy in Australia. They gave us instructions to follow so that we could avoid travelling to Sydney to lodge paperwork. This involved visiting the Czech High Commission in Melbourne. The High Commissioner himself was a gentleman and more than helpful. However. His personal assistant was obstructive, negative, overly protective of the office and was on several occasions plain rude and passively aggressive. To top it off she doesn't speak Czech. Lucky my wife does. She should be sacked. Asap. She is representing a sovereign state.
