The least the embassy could do is reply to emails promptly. Seems like it takes ages with no acknowledgement of documents submitted just to get a date for passport renewal! The date doesn't even have to be soon, just A date would suffice so we can make arrangements to come and get it done. How hard is it to flip your calender and give a date? Forget calling, the phone line is probably disconnected from the start of the day as no one ever picks up.

I got an appointment pretty fast. Staff members were extremely helpful and nice. Not too sure why the rating is so low honestly.

Overall the service offered was good and staff were pleasant. Great to have Passport Renewals done in a few hours within a day.👌🏼👍🏼🤗

Was there with my wife to register our marriage, Mr Nadzri was excellent in helping us. He was friendly and very helpful in answering our questions. As a Malaysian myself, I am really happy and proud of this team here in Melbourne. Keep up the good work!!

I think Malaysia will never improve or progress with this kind of civil service efficiency. 3 months wait for a passport renewal, what a joke.
