From booking to service on the day the whole process was a breeze. It was easy to book, quick drop off and we were amazed at the pick up. Our 4WD looked almost new again and ALL the dog hair was gone. Value for money and would highly recommend.

Not worth for the money you spent. I chose the top car was available which is "star polish" and I paid $90 (discounted price) using online booking. Actual price is $105. I dropped my car for interior and exterior clean. They told me it will be ready in 1.5 hours. After around 30 minutes I got a text message stating that my car is ready for collection. When I reached home I noticed that seats are not wiped and cleaned properly, dirt marks were still visible and I had to clean up remained food waste in between seats. Sands on the spare tyre as well. Over priced and not doing a great job and not professional. I could do a better job if I would have done it by myself.

Had my 13yr old car interior detailed Best $250 ever spent. Did a great job would not know its the same car. Well done all

Paid for the Star Wash, completely overpriced as they classed our RAV4 as a 4WD and not SUV. Which would have been fine if they did a half decent job, which they didn't. Windows were still dirty and not wiped properly, the inside was wiped with a dry cloth it looks like, and no attempt to actually clean anything inside. Had bugs on the front that weren't removed at all and dirty water streaks down the boot. All that we had the privilege of paying $70 for.... Terrible service, and won't be going back.
