Great place to shop for clothes for my teenage grand daughter. Well prices too. We often go together. Service is ok but can be a little sluggish at times. Pastel colours and smocking seems to be the current trend.

I came into the store with my cousin quickly looking desperately for something to wear for the weekend, didn't care if we didnt try anything on just needed a top. We went in 15 minutes before they closed and at 5:23 they said very RUDELY, hi we close in two minutes.... horrible customer service. We knew they closed at 5:30 and we were absolutely going to leave the store before they shut but they were so rude about it. We both bought a top & they didn't even speak to us while putting through our orders, won't be going back.

I wish i could give this company no stars!nPlease do not shop at villains, because if you need to return an item you will be greated with the most horrendously rude woman i have ever encountered.nnI brought a dress from villains in Joondalup, as i have just had a baby it a really hard an emotional purchase as im not as small as i once was. I found one that was out of my price range but it was the only dress i felt good in so you can imagine how dissapoited i was when it shrank after one ( hand) wash.nI went back with the dress to return it for another and was attacked by a horrible woman who said she owned the store!!! I wouldnt be suprised if the store is forced to shut down. Even going through the ACCC they still won't exchange or return the dress. Now im forced to take them to court.

No Customer Service whatsoever. Out of the two staff members, not one greeted me or asked if I needed help. One of the staff members looked me right in eyes and didn’t even smile. So I walked out. Customer Service goes a very long way - something the Joondalup store know nothing about.

Went about two Saturdays ago and Staff was so rude. Girls didn’t acknowledge you when you walked in. They just looked at you and continued talking or fixing clothes. Didn’t acknowledge me or my mother. Rude rude stuck up girls. Plenty of other girls wanting to be in your position with better attitudes. Fix your staff villains Joondalup
