Hi I have just been into Torso and I just want to say how fabulous and helpful the girls are in there. Not only are they stylish but they are so friendly and eager to help. So glad your shop is in my neighbourhood.
I have been into this store about 4 or 5 times over the last few years. Every single visit has been met with disdainful and rude staff.nThe older blonde lady in particular has been the one who stands out as the rudest.nWould absolutely not recommend when there are so many other stores in the area that pride themselves on their excellent customer service as well as having much more modern and up to date stock and stores.nWent across the road and found something beautiful and was served with a smile.nWould have given 0 stars for Torso if that option was available.
