Great range of lights, accomodating all budget rangesnLocated within Prospect Homemaker which is house to many renowned brands. Plenty of parking available including disabled parking and wheelchairs access to the centre and shops
Great initial service when they take your money...nA year later warranty expires for one led oyster light failing. Called back for sourcing replacement/info on the led driver, after hearing about what I needed.. I got palmed off to other stores/put on hold indefinitely/blown off..
I’ve shopped at this store plenty of times and the customer service is always fantastic. The manager Allan and the salesman Tom are a pleasure to deal with, always going above to help me out. The fans and lights I’ve bought from this store are of good quality and are all working and in good condition years after purchasing them.
TV ads are great. Got me in to the store. But sadly the range was limited. Prices too expensive and staff more keen to stock shelves than serve. I askes for help but it was like bleeding a stone. They had no open questions to find out what or where l needed the lights, no ideas or options other than what was on the shop floor. No desire to actually make a sale. Shame becuase we're building and have a full house to fit out. Lift your game retailers - you won't always have covid to blame for decline in sales.
