I don't think we could have done the subdivision process any quicker from initial enquiry to IOFD status during Covid, Christmas & Lockdown! Only 9 months from start to finish, with no stress. First time development is always bit challenging and time consuming. However, Automated Surveys (Jacqueline) made that job easier of me by providing hassle free service and getting the survey strata subdivision done in efficient way. Not sure where the 5* ratings come from (are they authentic?) but my experience couldnt have been any more different.nnThey seem to be surviving these tough times by benefiting from also being owned by the owners of BGC and seem to get their work mainly from them. From my own experience in using their services, there was no value for money. There was poor customer support, a lot of frustration, stress and poor management of surveys and subdivision.nnTo top it all off, midway through my subdivision the company sacked their general manager, some draftsmen and some of their licensed surveyors, causing major delays to my subdivision.nnCHECK EVERY INVOICE you receive from this company for any work that hasn't been done and billed again for the same items. This company is very frustrating to deal with when your budget is tight and you need to efficiently manage finances. Ask for a proper itemised breakdown of every invoice because they use cryptic billing codes and it is not clear what you are billed for.nnOverall, I came away with the impression that they are not interested in servicing their clients, or being professional. In future, I will use other surveyors who will value my business. Steer clear and preserve your sanity (and finances).
