Amazing customer service!! Ask for a girl called Eve!! (tall, young, blonde) She was so incredibly helpful. I was overwhelmed walking into the store and she took her time explaining everything to me. We also had a laugh together which made for a very enjoyable experience. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing, the best 5 star customer service i have ever received today by Eva and her manager Cathy. These two ladies were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I cant even begin to describe how thankful i am for their assistance today.nnExpecting my first child in a couple of months, and the wife not feeling up for a big shopping trip, i headed over to my local Baby Buntings in Osborne Park by myself feeling a little anxious and expecting a stressful day. How wrong i was! Eva was absolutely heavensent, helping me efficiently tick off my big shopping list. She was completely non-judgemental about my lack of preparation and inexperience, always kind and giving me helpful tips about things that i havent even thought about!nnEva tirelessly and patiently showed me how all the million accessories and gadgets work. Assisted me to see if the pram we selected can fit in my little hatchback. In the end she even helped with some heavy lifting and making sure it all fits into my car safely! So blown away and very grateful for all the help i received today. I’m a lifetime customer from this day. Thanks again ladies.

Brought two sleep suits from this store on a 40% off your second purchase. Realised one was the wrong size... so I returned 2 weeks later when I was heading back in that direction seeing as it is a 30km round trip. The employee refused to let me exchange the sleep suit for a bigger size even though the larger size was the same price. She told me that because I had brought the 2 suits in a sale. And that exchange for the exact same suit just a bigger size was a new purchase and I therefore had to pay the difference. Disgusting! I have never had a company had such a floored system. They should know better. I don't think I will shop here ever again if they have such a unfair and dishonest policy.
