Large store, clean and well stocked. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Items are expensive but great quality.
Excellent service received from Andre at the Innaloo store! Exchanged two jackets and it only took no more than 10 minutes. Friendly staff, great experience!
It's a great shop but if you're looking for great bargains go to watertown.
I'd rate Kathmandu around 3 and a half stars. The main reason is price! I do appreciate the high-end make and material quality of their products, however I don't feel that their pricing on the majority of their products is justification for this. Staff can be helpful though so that is a bonus. Always better if you have a Summit card or go during a heavily discounted sale.
I went into this store on the weekend and on a weekday and found the service both times excellent. All the staff I spoke to were highly experienced and knowledgeable.
