The products were great! I got a denim skirt for $35 that was almost identical to the one in sports girl for $70! Although I don’t consider $35 cheap for one skirt, cotton on is very well priced compared to competitors. The guy serving us was very friendly and patient while he waited for us to sort out the reward system and when the shopping center had a power out he helped us figure out what to expect and do.
The assistant was nice and polite
Unfortunately my experience was not a good one. Staff member could not have been any less friendly or interested in the customers shopping. When I went to pay it Was inconvenience. I normally would enjoy shopping at cotton on however this has put me off coming into this particular store.
