Extremely happy with my experience of AB Window Fashions.nnThe sales consultant/installer Jim was very professional and knowledgeable, which was helpful when first explaining the benefits of the products and what would be more suited to our needs. The showroom staff kept us up to date throughout the process. When Jim installed our shutters, he took great pride in his work and double checked everything.

The saleswoman was friendly and professional who was willing to listen to what I needed in a product and worked with me to find the best solution. Contact with all of the staff was polite and efficient. My new blinds look beautiful.

My blind cord broke The blind is still under warranty so I rang AB blinds and they took a week to collect the blind. It has now been two and a half weeks since then They said they would come today at 10.30 to reinstall the blind but at 10.20 they rang to say the blind hadn't arrived from Sydney so the earliest they can reinstall is next Wednesday. The blind is on my bathroom window so it has been really frustrating. I would never buy blinds from them again
