Staff never said hi or offered any help even when we were heading to the changing rooms. Had to put the clothes back on the rack ourselves and wasn't offered help to locate them when mum was lost. Eventual communication at checkout where I was talking about the jacket I was buying, and she basically dismissed me and seemed very disinterested. A little bit of effort would have been appreciated.
