An average experience. Except for the fact that the floor was filthy, there wasn't a clean table in sight, there were fruit flies buzzing all around the dining room, along with regular flies. Outside, the Grand Mac banner is still up, even though that burger hasn't been on the menu for weeks, maybe a month. Absolutely appalling. Whoever is running the place should be ashamed. Not the worst Macca's I've seen, but it's up there. On the plus side the food was good. But good food eaten in a dirty restaurant is still a one star.nUPDATE 13/02/21nIf I could now give zero stars I would.nWhy is it that when you ask for extras on a burger they're happy to take your money but never seem to put them on the burgers? That coupled with how filthy the restaurant always is, makes this PATHETIC location one to AVOID AVOID AVOID

It's McDonalds. Not much else to say. They sometimes get the order right... Sometimes they get it wrong.

The young lady that served as so early in the morning was super nice, chatting and smiling what a pleasure to be served by her. Not sure of her name but Anzac morning around 4am. Thanks so much you made a very early start and a long day so much more enjoyable.

Thank you to staff named Jewel who adsisted me patiently. She was very understanding, polite and was open to feedback. I would like to suggest she needs a raise for the professionalism.

Just went to mcdonalds and ordered a happy meal for my son and a cheeseburger meal for myself and both cheeseburgers didn't have the meat patty on them. I didn't get either burgers out till I was 5kms away from the store and being stuck in traffic I wasn't finding somewhere to turn around to get the problem fixed. ud83dude21
