ScottnNot sure how you upset Amanda enough to be rude to you. In 6 years she has always been polite, helpful and courteous to me and my staff. Google reviews should be a 2 way thing. You are probably a 1* client if you have upset her enough to be rude to you. You should consider how you talked to her. If she was rude to you then I would be surprised if you didn't deserve it. Every locksmith within a 10km radius uses Homewatch. This small family team cannot do enough for their clients. Their prices and quality of locks beat the big hardware stores hands down.nReally sorry to hear you had a bad experience. Just sad that I can't ever know if you deserved it or not.
