Frank is a wonderful dentist but unfortunately very hard to see. I was fitted for a temporary denture that required multiple adjustments (I was aware this would be the case). I informed Franks sidekick that the product was becoming loose and. Deemed this impossible before rendering the product useless and dangerous - unsecured in my mouth.
I had an appointment with the same sidekick to repair a chip to my front tooth and seal two filling for whitening before a wedding. At this appointment he ‘ran out of time’ only completing the sealing of the filling so they could then charge for whitening ( which I cancelled as there is no point having white teeth if they are chipped)
Dental Vision is the BEST. Dont believe me?? Make an appointment to see one of the dentist!!!!
The best dentist I know. Really cares for people. Even makes balloon animals out of gloves for children.
Just by speaking on the phone. They have great customer service.. the one on yirriagan drive on other hand was terrible... apparently we are strangers... not customers or patients..
