Frankii has some lovely styles but its a shame they lack in their customer service. On various occasions the girls simply lack in a simple greeting or offer help. But best of all the attitude received behind the counter was the last straw for me personally. In particular from a lady with long blonde hair this weekend. With 20+ plus yrs experience in customer service myself , never would i speak to my customers in such a manner.
Great shop with a good assortment. Unfortunately they are often out of stock for things. Some things are quite pricey.
