I had the most lovely service experience when buying my Christmas gifts today. The lady (I wish I had asked for her name) was so helpful, knowledgeable and engaging. I've only ever been to their airport stores, and while those experiences were pleasant, this was simply outstanding.nL'OCCITANE you are absolutely killing it in a world where mediocre retail service is the norm.

Visited tonight on my way home for a quick browse, beautiful store it was lovely to look and I was really impressed at the effort the young man working made to show me things, he was very nice and professional.
