The Blind Man

I have read some of the excellent product and service reviews for your company, but unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to see this for ourselves.nYour rep Shane? I think, came along to measure up, then left saying he would forward a quote, which did not arrive.nI do not understand this kind of business practice, but you certainly do not deserve our order.

From start to finish we were so pleased with our blinds.. The measure and quote was very professional. In 3weeks they were installed. Couldn't be happier with the price the quality and the service.

While the office staff & repairer were good, the person who gave the quote had no idea what he was to do & did not listen to my problem. As a result the problem is not fixed and I paid double what I should have due to the repairer having to visit twice. Office were not flexible on costings through his ineptness. Not impressed and would not recommend

Shane and the staff at the blind man were wonderful in assisting us with the installation of our new outdoor blinds.nThe team is reliable, trustworthy and professional, whilst also being fair and competitive with their quotations.nThis is the second time we have used their services for our home and we are extremely pleased with the results.

Shane quoted accurately, on time and competitively for a difficult job that others said couldn't be done.nMichael and Mark are very professional installers, who take pride in their work and left the job absolutely spotless. Highly recommend. Well done
