Farrah is very good at whatvto rec to help with my concerns and what wouod work best for me, to get my muscles sorted.

Very friendly staff and easy to talk to. I have only forgotten one exercise. The two sitting one's are all I can remember. Sorry, Fraser.

This was my first visit with Liz at Exact Physiology in Ipswich. Having not had a very good experience with another Physio some years ago I was a little hesitant however Liz made me feel at ease straight away and just as importantly the treatment I received was excellent. I know know exactly what the problem is and the pathway i need to take to resolve my back problem. Great service from administration at the service as well. Everyone is Professional and friendly.

I had a fantastic experience with the girls at Exact. I've been seeing them for back pain and sciatica. Other physios before Exact always used the same treatment heat pack and massage but it only ever helped for a day or two. I now have an exercise program that I do to prevent flare ups and can maintain amongst my busy life. Highly recommended.
