Food quality is expected. But service is very slow. I called 50mins after I ordered to check how much longer it will be, couldn't get through and the mailbox was full. The delivery drivers are polite, but overall this store continues to disappoint.

Don't get the nachos just burnt corn chips with a tea spoon of meat and 3 pieces of cheese.nIn response to the owner go look at my photo of the nachos and tell me that's not a joke champ.nIt's there under latest already had over 600 views.

Below average service guys. Placed an order at 7pm, called at 8pm to see where my order was, they apologised and said they were waiting for a driver, it’ll be there in 10mins. 8:30pm... no pizza... called again only to be passed around to every person working then for the bloke to put the phone down and just leave it? A lady eventually picked up and greeted us asking if we wanted to place an order...? Ummm no? I want my original order..? I just want my damn Pizza ud83dude2d still waiting, send help

Ever since the new owner has taken over this store has gone south. The quality of the products has dropped. Delivery orders are wrong and tonight's order, the toppings on 1 of my pizzas was lacking, 5 bits of bacon to 1 large pizza... lack of BBQ sauce on the meatballs that were ordered with it. Now the young lady behind the counter tonight handled the issues well but it cost your business a pizza, meatballs and the free garlic bread... and this is just the details on tonight's order. Every order for the last 2 months have had an issue. And being a high volume store I doubt im the only one having problems. The over all customer service is also lacking and I would think that stems from new staff, high volume, increased stress and complaints all compiling to staff struggling and over all poor store quality. Straight up disappointing and frustrating.
