Been trying for over a week to set up an appointment and no one calls me back and whoever I speak to on the phone can never seem to get a a hole of anyone then when they finally call it's whilst I'm at work... And their phones just keep hanging up on me and now my payment is cancelled due to their incompetence of communication.
Had Jobseeker payments suspended twice because of a communication error on their end. They apparently called, text and emailed me 10 times, nothing in my myGov, email or phone. I have been with them over a year and have not had a single call from them about a job oppurtunity. Look elsewhere for employment representation
The people are amazing
As an employer I have had nothing but issues with this service provider. Staff carnt come to work have to do a course ie how to write a resume if they don't attend they get suspended.waited 4 days for a response nobody can answer a phone we will email them and have them call you! If you are seeking work find another agency .I wont be taking any applications from this employment agency
Arrogant and rude. Every time there is a decent staff member, they don't last. This is the most incompetent job nework agency I have dealt with and I am not even seeking employment.
