Just went here to get petrol and LAXMI “served” me, did not greet me or say thank you upon leaving, the whole encounter was met with total silence. Disgusting customer service!nnImagine being Laxmi and being a total failure in one of the most basic jobs you can get. Hahaha
If I could give it a 0 I would. Never encountered such disgusting staff in a service station ever in my life. Possibly the rudest most deplorable staff member I have ever encountered.
I go to the. 7 11 almost every day. Petroleum is reasonably priced, and other staples are also feasibly priced - ie - not paying through the nose for a loaf of bread.nnI particularly enjoy coming here is the afternoons when school is finished. We take the kids to go get slurpees... and have fun trying all the different flavours.
I went there today with my partner and little boy to get an ice cream. It was quiet. We didn’t pay much attention to the person behind the counter until that lady came out of her desk and stood there staring at my partner and kid while they were choosing an ice cream, the whole thing without a word. I was watching it as I was getting a slurpee. It was a kind of very uncomfortable situation. I paid and again, nothing . No thank you or bye. Such a bizarre experience.. By far my Worst experience in a 7/11.
