Coles

Like all coles needs a touch up but variety is like all stores

Friendly staff and the usual Coles supermarket supplies.

I have now been to this particular store 15 times in the last 4 days it's my local store and I believe in keeping our local stores and community organisations open by putting our money back into our community but over the last 4 days I have been really tested on my belief of community spirit. every time I have been to this particular store I get the run around by different staff members who either don't know what product not even with a picture of the product I want or they can't be bothered to check to see if they have a delivery date no they just keep on giving different conflicting stories every time. I use to be in customer service and never would I treat a customer like this. we all deserve respect all of us. So if you treat your customers with disrespect well you will probably receive a bad review. Sorry but that's how it is..the truth hurts...

I am totally unimpressed with the new checkout store layout, there is not enough room at the end of the checkout the way they have organise it to pack your shopping into the trolley and to let other customers pass you especially if you are in a wheelchair or you are with a walker, this organisational layout has not been thought through properly. Please reconsider your options Coles.

Not a big enough store could use enlarging. Hard to find some things. Very busy ahead of Easter. Clean and tidy with good specials.
