Thank you for your assistance. Very punctual and great knowledge of what was required. So happy to deal with friendly people who kept me informed of the whole process. I had a possum in my roof cavity and Pest Aide were able to catch and release the possum, sealed my roof cavity so no further possums or rats could gain access. Service man arrived on time, carried out general inspection including inside the roof space. Found some evidence of old nests and more recent droppings. Cleaned those out and advised some tree clipping. Circulated insecticide around the foundations and identified potential areas of concern in the future. Very thorough, and very reasonable with costs.

A baiting system was installed. We were very pleased with the company and their communication. They answered many questions with patience and professionalism. They were prompt on the day and very pleasant to deal with. Also, completed the job in the time frame expected.

Pleasent to deal with. Competitive prices. Did what they committed to do on time.

Tony arrived on time ( which is important to me ) . For the termite inspection he gave some handy hints to deter the termites then sprayed our home for spiders and bugs. I think the cost of $395.00 is maybe a little pricey for the time it took, but overall pleased with the service. Mike
