Jarred and his team at Suit Vault are fantastic operators, great customer service, happy to answer a lot of questions and try a variety of options. Jarred kitted me and my groomsmen out for my big day, he was a breeze to deal with in store and over email. The suits and accessories are amazing quality and I was really stoked with the end result. Would strongly recommend using Suit Vault for your next outing!

Went in to hire a suit for my nephews ball. Experience exceeded far beyond expectations as we went in last minute. The owner treated us with a lot of attention and worked around my nephews ideas. Made him feel really confident in himself. Thanks Suit Vault! Will be back for sure.

Firstly I'd like to say the suit itself was great, it fitted nicely and the range that the store carries was vast.nMy experience unfortunately didn't live up to the expectations of what the company reviews say.nnI was asked on multiple times during the fit out process when the suit was needed for (I counted 6 times). This showed me that he wasn't really listening and he seemed flustered and rushed.nnI feel because I was just one person as opposed to a bridal party I wasn't considered a high priority client.nnThe experience felt rushed and as soon as another booking arrived I was quickly tossed to the side so ole mate could start fitting them at the same time as me.nnUpon booking my time to pick up the suit I pencilled in a 10am pickup on a Saturday.nMy partner was turned away at 9:30 am on the Saturday because the suit was not ready and was made to return a bit later.nThe excuse that was given to my partner changed completely to what I was told when I rang up and spoke to the person on the phone.nI would of anticipated that the suit would of been ready to go 30 mins before the agreed pick up time and not done last minute.nnTo be honest from a customer service point of view this was an experience that I'd rather forget.nI was made to feel rushed and unimportant on a day that should of been...well like the rest of the reviews on here.nnMy advice to the owner/staff is.nTreat all customers the same, not based on how much money is in it for you at the end of the day.

The smooth process of organising a made to measure suit from fitting to pickup could not of been easier. Extremely happy with the final product and Jarred's service was second to none. Highly recommend Suit Vault.
