I was buying my first property in Australia and with no prior knowledge or experience of the process, had a lot of questions, which KB Settlements (Caris) answered patiently and in detail and guided me throughout the process. The best thing about Caris is that she remains on top of the process and keeps providing you with regular updates. She was even better informed about our loan approval process with CBA than our mortgage broker. I have used KBS on 2 occasions this current year for my new build and the sale of my previous home. Caris & Tayla are just so professional and easy to deal with.
