Two weeks of being sick I started to ease back into it.

I go here nearly everyday. I do a gym circuit and then usually have a swim in the large outdoor pool. I was doing Zumba class, now I do Aquarobics, Body Balance, thinking of doing Body Pump and Body Combat. Great complex, friendly with a great diversity of people. There are also Squash courts if you're keen and other classes. Personal trainers too

Clean, tidy, covid compliant gym, with the most amazingly helpful and supportive staff. I can't recommend this gym more highly. Come and give it a go, with competitive prices you won't regret it.

Been a member for ages, great place to train. Not as modern and flashy as some of the new gyms but definitely serves its purpose and has quality equipment.

Nice crew, tons of brand new equipment, cheap price and rarely crowded.
