Port Douglas Gym

This is a great gym. Terry and Tanya are great hosts, the pricing is flexible, machines and weights are in plentiful supply and a comprehensive variety and the place has a good “up” buzz. Once signed up (easy process), the 24 hours access is convenient. Look forward to returning in December.

This is honestly the perfect small town gym. It literally has every machine you would need for a really good session, and nothing you wouldn’t use. Nice selection of cardio equipment. Clean bathrooms and fun, friendly staff. Well worth a visit.

Very nice gym. Pricing is a bit more expensive than I'm used to but it is a smaller gym and in a tourist location. Easy to obtain a temporary swipe card to access 24/7 but make sure you come for your first visit during business hours when it's staffed. Lots of new, modern equipment and plenty of workout space. Not too busy either so didn't have to wait for any equipment to become available. Only negative would be a lack of a squat rack or deadlifting platform but there is a smaller squat station and you can improvise a deadlifting space quite easily.

Easy to pop in for a casual $20 session while on holidays. Nice and cool inside. Gym had everything I needed, although there was no squat rack - just a smith machine.
