Did a first free session with a friend. Was a good workout and good vibes. Everyone is there to push themselves and gets in their own zone. Also the cafe inside makes good coffee 👍🏼

Great staff and a real community feel. The set up is spacious and spotless. Jake and Cass run a great business and all their staff are great at what they do.

Cas and the team at the ground are amazing! The facilities are awesome, the classes are well structured for all fitness types and have multiple times on offer. The coffee corner is great after a workout too. Would thoroughly recommend!

What a beautiful business! Literally have never been to a place that is more dedicated and passionate than Cass, Jake, Angie and Co. From the second I walked in I felt welcomed and walked out legitimately ruined 😂😂 such an awesome team and you are guaranteed a 10/10 workout!

Went for a massage. I was in so much pain with my lower back down to my hamstrings. I walked out feeling so much better. Highly recommended
