Anytime fitness at Capalaba , what else can I say ? Anytime fitness has changed my life and the staff and manager have had a lit to do with that . Not only with giving me the tools to help my body but also just the friendly environment that they create as a team . No one is singled out , we are all treated as the "Capalaba Crew " . When I walked into the Capalaba location , I didn't know which path my life was taking , until I started speaking to the manager ( Kim ) and not long after , the best PT in Nikki . They understood where I was coming from and for me to be able to open up and try to hold back the tears in explaining where I was , to them , was huge for me . That store and the 2 girls have changed my life for the better and I can't believe how far I've come in 6 months . Yesterday I managed to get my name up on the achievement wall , for number of times in the gym and that was massive for me . So , to anyone who reads this , go and see the girls at anytime fitness at Capalaba and you won't regret it . They are the BOMB !!
