It's difficult to find a gym that you feel comfortable at, however Matt and the staff are all very welcoming and friendly. They have done a great job at creating an atmosphere of positive, supportive vibes for all no matter your fitness level. Resultz Gym offers such great value for money and they genuinely want you to succeed in your fitness goals! I love that the gym is stocked with very versatile equipment and there's always plenty to go around. Would highly recommend!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this Gym - in particular the BOOTCAMP i attend either 3 or 4 times per week. Mat is Professional although knows how to have a laugh, he is responsible and is incredibly knowledgeable. Highly Highly Rate this Gym, the owner and the experience - the Vibe attracts your tribe and this tribe is pretty Awesome! Check it out! you wont regret it.

Absolute best gym. Good equipment and staff, everyone’s extremely friendly and happy to help. I’ve never had a problem with using a machine when there’s too many people in the gym, which was a main problem at other gyms. Keep up the great work.

Fantastic gym, with great value for money and good range of equipment. Very friendly staff with excellent knowledge on fitness and exercises. Trainers easily able to adapt exercises to suit fitness levels, or work around injuries. Great community feel when attending boot camp sessions. Mat is fantastic he understand his clients and supports them well. Keep up the great work team!!

Professional, excellent communication, good quality equipment and Mat's possibly the friendliest person you'll ever meet... making everyone feel like part of the gym's 'family' right from the first moment.
