Do not sign up with this gym!they have extremely dodgy business tactics,they use a third party who collects payments for your membership but the idea behind this is that when it comes time to cancel your membership you have to go through their third party collector to do it and they make it difficult to do so.also when there is an issue or mistake from someone in the gym they tell you to take it up with third party then third party re-directs you to lifestyle so noone has to take responsibility and eventually they both ignore you unless youre willing to hand over some money.very sneaky and underhanded,theres a perfectly good Anytime Fitness across the road with better equipment that is way better

This is a terrible gym. Fancy lights, sound systems, televisions, and equipment don't get clients results. Please don't be fooled by the hype. This gym is an illusion to get clients through the door just to take their money. The staff and personal trainers have extremely poor customer services skills, all they want is your money, they are just an other poorly run franchise who care about nothing other then money. The personal trainers skills are not up to scratch, they are not very knowledge, I would avoid using thier services, all they will do is get you injuries. I tried to cancell my membership and it took them 4 weeks to get back to me. Please do not buy in to the good reviews, as the staff like to play favourites. Also the hygenien and sanitation standards are not that great, I believe it's a covid situation waiting to happen.
