UQ Sport Fitness Centre

It's a pretty big place with lots of activities going around.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a gym! Majority of staff (with a few exceptions) seem depressed all the time and have no people skills whatsoever. Makes the experience very bleak. To make such little effort makes them appear over-entitled, as I'm sure there would be others out there who'd love to have their job. Also, very little self awareness - one proceeded to wipe down and clean my squat rack while I was using it in the middle of a set - very dangerous! It's a shame that because this is the only gym at uni UQ hasn't put any effort into their customer service, as they know people have nowhere else as convenient to go. Also, very little cultural diversity in the staff pool. This facility certainly doesn't fit with UQ's usual high standard!

Great facilities and equipment. Always friendly staff members.

For.being a uni gym, it's small and sometimes all equipment is full. Sports facilities are good. Classes before covid were good, assorted and for.different publics; hope we can.Have full schedule soon.
