Plus Fitness 24/7 Windsor

Everything was great until I cancelled my membership. As with some of the reviews below, cancelling your membership here is an ordeal. I cancelled my membership in January and moved interstate, 6 months later Plus fitness had started taking direct debits again. When questioned about it they say they misplaced the cancellation form. Mistakes happen but I received no communication from Plus Fitness that direct debits had restarted and no reversal of these unauthorised payments was offered. The management here is the issue and were unprofessional in their email responses. Look elsewhere. There are plenty of 24 hour gyms nearby.

Plus Fitness 24/7 Windsor is the first gym I ever held a membership with and has set the bar very high for all future gyms. Fantastic, well-kept facilities and friendly staff characterise the great overall fitness experience here, and lead to a fun and welcoming culture among the gym's attendees. The gym's incredibly knowledgable, supportive and encouraging resident PT Shai Lewis rounds out the great experience here, being a great source of fitness advice and wisdom.

I have been with many gyms in the past and least to say, the Windsor gym is one of the best! The equipment are always well maintained, the gym is always kept clean, lots of parking spaces, and there is heaps of floor space to train - nothing worse than feeling cramped in a gym. Not to mention, they provide flexible memberships (no lock in contact and free time hold), competitive membership prices, free live classes, and virtual classes. To top it off, the staff are all friendly and are more than happy to have a chat. So if you are over having to pay exuberant membership prices while being locked in a contract, or are looking for a friendly/positive atmosphere, check out this gym.

Great gym!! Plenty of space & excellent equipment. Best leg press I’ve ever used in 10+ years training. Always clean, staff are friendly, & most importantly to me...3 x squat racks & a deadlift platform. Last but not least it’s cheap & flexible with no contracts & free time holds. Love it & highly recommend 💪🏼
