F1rst Class Fitness

A slowly deteriorating gym; that's no longer true to its ideals. I was a member for over a year, and it's slowly going downhill. A recent renovation is only half done and has reduced the usable space in the gym. It's cramped and uncomfortable. The promise of a member-first gym is also gone with more of the policies being driven by profits. There are plenty of other gyms in the city... just saying...

On first meeting friendly and pleasant. Very helpful answered all my questions and concerns. Love the idea.... ego-free environment. Well done guys. Look forward to 2019 with u guys.

Just amazing no words needed!

I have been a personal trainer here for over 6 years now and it’s like a family to me. The trainers are all so supportive and talented. The members are so friendly and the gym is filled with fresh and well kept equptment. The classes are fun and unique. There are no crowds and its just a great place to get resulst and focus on your journey.

I’ve experienced a few gyms in my time as a PT and member & this is definitely my favourite! Great vibes & comfortable to train in! And of course awesome support from the staff.
