Fitness First Indooroopilly

The gym itself is perfectly fine and I had no issues signing up with friendly staff. However, when I wanted to cancel my membership before the 14 day cool off period due to health reasons they insisted that I bring them a medical certificate even after I told them multiple times I wasn’t comfortable doing that. I ended up calling the Carindale store where they confirmed I don’t have to provide any documentation because I was still within the cancellation period. Regardless of the fact that I am unable to workout anymore I will never be going here again due to their unprofessionalism.

Friendly Supportive staff, Greate to see someone always ready to help with a smile, the gym is very clean. I would suggest to add more equipment

Great atmosphere and heaps of classes. Would be good if there was a bit more shower pressure.

This gym is getting a bit run down , used to be good but now there are always a few equipments or toilet out of order , and most of the equipments are getting pretty worn too especially the weights. The gym is not that well maintained and desperately need to be cleaned thoroughly and properly . It is also recently getting overly crowded as the new sales manager who only cares about sale is selling like crazy ! So very often , you don’t get to use the equipment as it is occupied or sometimes people who hasn’t got sense of personal space is getting too close with weights and it is very dangerous . This place used to be pretty friendly and has a personal touch . Unfortunately the new same manager only care about sale as I mentioned before so it lost the friendliness and personal touch it used to have ☹️ Now they only care about sales ☹️☹️ The only positive is they do have good personal trainers . It is also a very expensive gym !! I definitely wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone .

Very friendly staff that are willing to help you. The facilities are modern and always clean. The equipment is great quality. Overall a nice place and friendly staff.
