Fitness First Lutwyche

When I was about 18 my mum was paying for my membership with her credit card. I called to cancel my membership and was advised that the credit card holder needed to do it. My mum then called up and cancelled. About 6 months later I got a letter requesting about $500 in missed payments. I discussed with them what had happened and they explained that the direct debit was cancelled but not the membership and all they could do was offer me a free 3 months. Out of the ignorance of youth I paid them. They didn’t give me the free 3 months. These pathetic scum prey on vulnerable people.

The gym facilities are awesome and would like to say how my personal trainer Ken has helped me to achieve good health and am feeling heaps better than 6 months ago as I look forward to continuing to work hard and with the help of being surrounded my wonderful fitness first staff who always are friendly. Thank you Ken and Fitness First Staff I really am grateful for your support to help me achieve my goals.

I’ve been coming to this gym for over a year casually now, the new 24/7 access is great and the gym has a great atmosphere. I recently had a PT session with Trevor and he was amazing. By far the most informative PT session I’ve ever had. In just 1 session he was able to give me a full run down of my posture and methods to correct this after years of sitting behind a desk. I would strongly recommend Trevor and Fitness First Lutwyche to anyone!!

Could be cleaner. No help from staff if you are doing gym training as they want you to pay for private trainers....

High rating review to give deserved praise to my PT over the last 2 months, Brontë Thompson, whose knowledge and delivery has helped me enormously with my form and confidence. Highly recommend! Love this gym anyway, despite a few maintenance flaws. Has a wonderful friendly atmosphere, staff listen and take the time to say gday 👍
